What time are your classes?
Currently classes are offered:
Mon-Fri 7:05 AM and 9:00 PM, Sat/Sun – 8:30 AM (MST)
How long are the classes?
A typical class lasts 15-20 minutes
Do I require an special equipment?
No special equipment is required. Some people may use a yoga mat to lie down on. Resistance bands can be used for some exercises, but not required.
What clothing do I need?
Doing the breathing will make you sweat. Wear comfortable clothing that you can sweat in.
How do I learn how to do this?
Contact us for more information. Online resources are being developed to help teach you. One on one sessions will be made available as well.
How long does it take to see results?
If you do the recommended sessions every day for one week, many people have reported seeing a difference within the first week. Benefits include: losing inches around the waist, better sleep, more energy, and feeling healthier overall.
